My wife has been going to him for 15 years now and this old man finally decided, at the young age of 82, to get a screening to make sure everything down there was still OK. The clean-out prep was a little on the hectic side, but the tablets made it a smooth operation (no pun intended). The big "hoobajoob" operation was totally anticlimactic since you're out! We wouldn't go anywhere else! Ask Dr. Moline to tell you some "colon jokes" during the teleconference with him! 🤗"

"My husband has had severe stomach pain/issues for the last 3 years. He is a veteran and we live in Pinetop, we went through Summit Healthcare and their ER and were told he was fine and it was a diet issue. Then we went to the VA and asked for an outside referral for a GI and were given Arizona Digestive Health and I chose Dr. Rao. Let me tell you what a blessing he is! He came into the consult and didn’t ask repetitive questions, he was well aware beforehand of my husband’s history and complaints and knew he needed a colonoscopy which we were able to schedule the following week. He removed a 1.5 cm lipoma and my husband now has relief from his pain! We love this doctor, his staff is awesome also. Aisha in the front makes scheduling an ease and his medical assistant Jada responded and resolved an issue we were having with the VA in less than 24 hours. Esther at the surgery center was a rock star also, she showed a lot of care when he was brought out to me. We are very happy with our experience here. Dr. Rao is a class act and we appreciate him 100!!"

They seemed to not have any sense of urgency about it when I called and I would have just given up if it wasn’t for the fact that my symptoms are severe. The best way I found to get a call back from them was to text them, they are much more responsive than if you leave a voicemail. They finally got everything they needed from insurance and the day of the procedure went well. The facility is nice and new and the staff communicated everything thoroughly.
