"I saw so many good reviews about Dr. Mann I knew he would be my first doctor to go to with my concerns. He is friendly and kind, just as others have stated. I told him what had been going on recently, and the concerns I have. He asked questions on my health to help him understand what we should do going forward. The appointment was pleasant and easied my mind going forward. The next day I was scheduled for a colonoscopy, and they were able to get me in within two weeks. I will update my review once my procedure is over. UPDATE colonoscopy facility was nice, all nurses and employees keep you informed the whole way through. Dr Mann let me know my results quickly after procedure and eased my mind. A colonoscopy can be scary to some, but Dr Mann is great and so is his team."

"10/10- would recommend! I needed some routine surgery clearance testing and my surgeon is in Gilbert. I decided to have the testing done in Phx and I happened to get scheduled with Dr. Tharalson. His scheduler told me he was a very nice physician so I was hopeful I would have a good experience at my appt. And, I did! He was so kind and caring during the visit. I had my 4 year old with me who was very chatty and the doctor was sweet to entertain his conversation. Then my son loudly announced he had to pee in the middle of my appt. Dr. T was so patient as I hurried off to the restroom. He then helped me figure out that I may also need add'l treatment for things outside of the surgery clearance. I'm forever grateful!"

"So, it looks like Dr. Nguyenduc does NOT practice at East Valley Gastro in Chandler (although I keep seeing Dr. Nguyenduc's name as practicing in their Chandler office on the internet...maybe he did in the past....confusing, but oh well). I don't know much about EVGHA Chandler office, but I have been visiting Premier Endoscopy Center in Gilbert for the last two years to see Dr. Nguyenduc. Dr. Nguyenduc is amazing. Not only is he down-to-earth and funny, but he is an incredible teacher and skilled surgeon who looks out for my best interest and doesn't try to upsell me with unnecessary procedures. He stresses PREVENTION more than anything. As a patient for the last two years, I've learned a lot about the causes of my gastro issues from him and have been feeling much better since by changing my diet and habits. Normally, I try not to go out of my way to see a doctor, but with Dr. Nguyenduc, I am willing to travel whatever distance to get treated by him. His Gilbert office is run efficiently, his staff is professional and friendly and you get reports with PICTURES and exactly what he did to resolve a situation the very SAME day you get any procedure done with him. He makes sure you understand what was done and listens to any concerns you have. A doctor like this is hard to find and I am glad I found him as my gastro doctor!"

A day later after starting my medications, I had a new symptom come up and I left a message on her MA line. Within 1 hour I received a call back from the doctor herself. 5 stars all the way.
