Rather than saying “uh huh…” to every complaint, he typed everything I was saying and asked interactive questions that showed he was actually listening. All of his staff were very nice to me. He was able to get me into an endoscopy the next morning and was able to get me in 45 minutes earlier than expected! The facility he did the procedure at was very clean and the staff was also extremely nice. He took the time to talk to me after the procedure rather than making me wait for results and I woke with no throat pain or anything. He gave me the paperwork for prep and I asked him if it was 2 day prep and he rudely said the doctor didn't tell him it was 2 day. I told him I was told 2 day. He look discussed and got up to find doctor. He came back and said 2 day is the same paperwork. I started to ask do I double everything and he said yes. I started asking him questions and discussed again he went to file cabinet and got the 2 day paperwork and gave it to me. I said so there is 2 day paperwork and he glared at me and said nothing, not we are all set or thanks or anything and I walked away.
