"I was pleased with the visit to Chandler Endoscopy for a colonoscopy. I had Dr Nguyenduc (for the first time). I was very pleased with him and felt very informed of the procedure. He and all of the staff I dealt with were very professional and exactly what I look for when dealing with medical professionals. All went exactly as stated and I have no complaints what-so-ever. I would recommend Dr. Nguyenduc and Chandler Endoscopy."
"It was a good experience, I was in and out in no time. The anesthesiologist was my least favorite part of it. My pre-procedure instructions told me no food or drink for 6 hours before the procedure. He was very upset that I had eaten something just before 6 hours prior. I followed the instructions exactly. But he kept saying that I did it wrong. I was very upset with his behavior as I had done nothing wrong."

They are also considered a “ reasonable cost health cost provider” by my employer and I received a $100 unexpectedly today in the mail From my Corp office. As far as Shannas complaint, they make it very clear you must remain in the waiting area the whole time. No leaving. She obviously paid zero attention to anything when she checked in."

"I just had my first visit here a few days ago. I have had numerous surgeries and medical treatments in my life. In all of my experience, this was the best treatment I ever received. I was greeted very sweetly by the girl at the front desk. Between the time that I saw my doctor and scheduled my procedure, I had rescheduled because my insurance changed. I had called my doctor's office with my new insurance info, but it didn't transfer over to the surgery center. Nobody there acted like it was even a minor inconvenience. Alicia had to redo some of my paperwork because of the change, but didn't seem the least bit upset. After calling my new insurance, a gal came out to talk to me and let me know about my coverage for the procedure. She was sweet as could be. We were early. I did get taken back a little early. All the staff here treated me with decency and respect. They told me what to expect, and chatted with me when the procedure before mine took a little longer than expected. I would definitely come back here again, and would recommend this facility."
