"Friendly, attentive, staff. Knowledgeable and right to the point."
"regarding: colonoscopy.... Overall a good place. My initial appointment with doc was positive and he suggested colonoscopy. Office staff is helpful and efficient. Endoscopy center next door -also efficient and kind staff. I liked my doc. Only problem was no followup call from the doctor to explain outcome or answer any questions I might have. Had a phone call from a non-medical office clerk with only medical terminology of diagnosis - no clarification or medical explanation at all- so had to rely on google to learn more. Days later I sent a portal message but only received short summary (not from doctor) on lab results. I assume my outcome is not serious, and doesn't warrant a followup with doc, but would have been nice to receive a brief call from him or his medial nurse to clarify outcome and answer whatever questions I might have. Overall I do recommend this location in Mesa."

"Had issues with my procedure being cancelled and rescheduled multiple times due to them not being able to get authorization from my insurance company. They seemed to not have any sense of urgency about it when I called and I would have just given up if it wasn’t for the fact that my symptoms are severe. The best way I found to get a call back from them was to text them, they are much more responsive than if you leave a voicemail. They finally got everything they needed from insurance and the day of the procedure went well. The facility is nice and new and the staff communicated everything thoroughly. Dr. Kavathia has been wonderful and I definitely recommend him."
"I love them - Dr. Patel is fantastic and empathetic. This place is a very crucial part of my treatment for my crohn’s and everyone is so sweet. Clean facility. I will say the one thing is, it’s hard to get a hold of them sometimes via call. They’re a little faster via the portal. But that’s just how it is, everyone got tummy issues these days so naturally they’re busy, I understand 🙏 Overall, the quality of care is amazing and takes precedence over everything!"

"It can be difficult to get into a specialist anywhwere in the country, that is just inevitable, but Arizona Digestive Health was able to get me into an initial evaluation rather quickly (within a couple weeks) after I called the second time, and Laurie Peterson is 100/10 absolutely amazing!!!!! I would choose her as my provider for all my other needs if I could."

"This ultra modern facility helps to streamline all phases of any digestive procedure. Parking is great with plenty of spaces, handicap parking as well as a designated patient pick up area. The staffs professionalism and skills are second to none. From admitting to discharge you are treated with great care. Drinking the prep is by far the worse part of the experience but tolerable. Colonoscopy procedures save countless lives. Don't hesitate to schedule one at this facility you will be well taken care of and have peace of mind."

"I’ve been going there for years seeing Dr Foutche who was awesome and Dr Sawyer( both retired now) for procedures but I always have office visits with Laurie Petersen! Laurie always listens and is full of helpful medical advice even if it’s not in her field just like a week ago! I absolutely love seeing her as she is always very knowledgeable! Laurie is the person who found I had a thyroid issue back in 2016 which was cancerous. Dr Foutche found my cancer in my intestines back in 2011and got me the best oncologist! The medical assistant for these doctors is Karen, she is very helpful and very responsive!"

"This was my fourth or fifth colonoscopy with this practice. Obviously I've been quite satisfied, in spite of this not being my idea of a good time. Between my husband and me, we've seen 3 of the doctors, and they've all been reassuring and communicative, and at the same time, very efficient and professional. Too important a procedure to skip (some familial colon cancer), and they make it easier to stay safe."
