Great staff and attention to my needs.
Great service from all the staff. Been going there for over 30 years, and haven’t had any problems with numerous procedures over the years.
Dr. Craig Stein is by far my favorite doctor. He is so knowledgeable, sincere, professional and just a nice human. I've had 3apts and a colonoscopy with him. Each time he has never rushed the apt even with a simple check in to renew my prescription. And talked with me and clearly detailed everything before and after the colonoscopy even wheeled me in himself for the procedure. He explains everything in layman's terms and cares about you as a patient. I wish all my doctors had his bedside manner.
Dr Collins and his PA are awesome, answering my questions so that I am informed. Their staff group is kind, tender and always caring.
Ms. Lindsay Van Ham ACNP-C saved my husband’s life. He initially saw her for an intestinal issue, and she promptly ordered an abdominal CT scan, which revealed a large abdominal aneurysm. Thanks to her urgent referral to a surgeon, my husband underwent surgery and made a full recovery. She is extremely professional, thoroughly explains what’s happening, and demonstrates excellent judgment and keen assessment skills.
As you enter, the waiting area gave me a bad impression as it seemed dark and overcrowded. However, dealing with the staff gave me a very different impression. The whole process was well organized. All the staff I met were caring and helpful. (Even to the point of having a case to store my contact lenses and holding a mirror for me as I put them back in!) The anesthesiologist was great and took away the fear. Dr Walker met with me before and after the procedure and clearly explained everything and gave a chance to ask questions. No one looks forward to having a colonoscopy, but the prep directions were simple and not nearly as bad as I feared. The colonoscopy itself seemed to be over in a second.
Dr Collins is a treasure of a doctor. O know if I tell you just how great he is you’ll want him as your gastrointestinal doctor and he’s already on overload patients. But truly you’ll never find such a careful and kind man as he. And so intelligent reference our bodies diseases and how to advise and treat us. He’s truly a treasure
They were great. The previous gastro I had visited was an awful experience, did not listen to me, provide any medication for the pain or explain anything that was going on. This doctor at Arizona Digestive Health took the time to explain everything about my IBS and gave me a combination of meds that are finally working and giving me relief.
Very professional, listens and addresses all questions and concerns. Take time and do not feel rushed.

I had a good experience at this dr. Office. The front office was very friendly and efficient. I saw Dr Megan Davidson for my dermatology exam. She is very efficient and caring. I have gone to her for several years.
Arizona Digestive Care has been providing me with a high level of care to try to determine why my digestive tract is out of whack. They are super caring and thorough in their investigative efforts. I highly recommend them.

Shauna is an amazing NP. She listened to me, took me seriously and got me testing for what I came in for. She also caught an abnormal lab value and strongly suggested I follow up with my PCP since it was unrelated to my GI issues and now I have a mammogram scheduled thanks to her. Very well rounded, whole person focused care.
I am always treated with respect and care when I show up for an. Appointment. The doctor always listen and. Is eager to address my symptoms.
Once I was ALLOWED to see someone, I was very happy with the office. Lindsay VanDam was fantastic. Next stop an endoscopy. Just not pleased with the hoops through which I had to jump since I had been a patient of another recently retired doctor. Very frustrated at having to receive PERMISSION to schedule with a new doctor/office. This was a practice rule rather than an insurance rule.
Love the service I received from Lindsay and her medical assistant. Lindsay was not selfish with her time and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my health. Thank you for all you do for your patients!
