I have only had 1 appointment for a routine consultation. The colonoscopy is a couple weeks away so I can't rate that experience yet. The office staff was friendly. The appointment time for the consultation was quick. The procedure appointment was booked several weeks out but I was able to have an afternoon appointment which I wanted. The Dr was friendly and answered the few questions I had. There was a bit of a wait time at the appointment. New patient paperwork is lengthy as usual but most can be filled out online ahead of time.
Treats you like a person and not just a pay check and goes to bat for you against insurance when they try to deny medicine you need, can’t thank him enough for what he’s done for my treatment for Crohn’s disease, thank you doctor Hauptman
