Great experience great Doctor
These folks do a great job. Everything from making the appointment to checking in and communicating with the medical assistant was pleasant and easy. And Dr Dennert is awesome, very caring and patient in explaining things.
Very professional. Appointment was easy to make and on time. Dr. MacCollum and her staff were great. Got results from my endoscopy in a very timely manner.
I have gone to Dr. Hauptman for a number of years. Dr. Hauptman always takes time to listen to my concerns as well as ask questions to clarify information provided. The office staff and techs are professional and friendly. It has always been a pleasant experience for me.

I have been going to Dr. Mokhashi for years now with my stomach issues. He has always been professional, thorough, and caring. He never rushes you. Also, he is the physician to some of my family. I wish he wasn't so popular, it is hard to get in to see him at times.😕
Dr. Chuang listened to me, made eye contact, and conducted a professional examination. He explained test results and answered my questions. He suggested a test which makes a lot of sense in light of my symptoms and his explanation, and which could finally result in an answer after 6 months of discomfort and (initially) pain. (If nothing else, the test will at least eliminate one possibility.)
I had my 2nd colonoscopy from Dr Mills in August. 5 Stars doesn’t seem enough. Great staff, cleanest facility you will ever see. And, Dr Mills explains everything before and after.
Kaitlin Beadles is the best - knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly in easy to understand terms. Also very personable!

Dr. MacCollum is awesome! She listened with concern and answered all my questions. I am going through a serious issue and she and her MA PJ are being aggressive in making sure I receive the care needed as soon as possible. It's wonderful having the support I need to get through this!!

Dr. Ahmed is a fabulous doctor! My husband and I liked him the moment he introduced himself. He listened intently to my husband and offered some new ideas for treatment. The office staff is very polite and the office is run very smoothly. We’re very happy to have Dr. Ahmed and his staff on our care team.

Dr Mills is an excellent physician and very caring . I known him for over 20 years he has done all my procedures from endoscopy to colonoscopy during this time . The staff are great and friendly.

Dr. Mahajani was very personable and professional at my last visit. I hadn’t seen him in a few years and we started conversing as if it was yesterday I had seen him. He is very interested in listening to his patients concerns and answers questions honestly and in a comfortable manner to be understood. So lucky to call him my doctor. I have had numerous procedures at this facility over the last 15+ years. From the front desk to the nursing staff to my previous physician Dr Wells who retired to now Dr Ahmed. They all take great care of you. It is obviously a time where you can feel nervous and anxious but they do their best to make you comfortable and informed. When you have a need for colonoscopy or endoscopy North Valley has always done a very good job for myself and my family.
