I work with a PA Danielle. She’s great she always gives me time to discuss any other options I can think I could use. She’s very nonjudgmental to some unorthodox pain relief methods.

Dr. Ahmed is a great Gastroenterologist who takes the time to listen to any concerns you may have. I saw him for some stomach concerns I was having and he went straight to ensuring there wasn’t anything serious happening with me by ordering an EGD. In doing so, this has helped put me at ease with the symptoms I was having. He gives great advice when it comes to following a healthy diet regimen to take care of your gut and is almost always available for his patients. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a Gastroenterologist in Phoenix.

Amended review: this practice has definitely improved compared to a few years ago. The staff and vets have always been friendly and helpful but the communication issues and other aspects w record transfers have def improved.

This was probably the best experience I have had regarding any medical treatment or appointment. Dr. Ahmed was fantastic and listened to my issues and made sure I understood all my options. I would recommend him to everyone!
I like both the staff and Dr. Kavathia. He allows enough time so your questions can be answered. He also gives a lot of information. Wait time was minimal. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very professional and informative. There was a long wait in the examination room however. The doctors listen to you and hear your concerns.
Well, to start off on my last appointment, I was overlooked and had to wait an hour to be seen. I went up to the front desk and asked if I needed to reschedule and then they asked me to wait a couple more minutes and then finally the nurse called me back. On my way back, I asked the nurse if I had been forgotten and he made a smart aleck remark, far from apologetic and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I sensed a very none caring attitude from him the whole time. I went along answering his questions as he acted like he was doing me a favor by attending to me. I’ve never been made to feel like this before by any medical professional. After he left and my provider walked in, she was very apologetic about the lateness of my scheduled appointment. She made me feel comfortable and was very professional. Overall my main gripe was with being overlooked this time and the nurse's non-caring attitude. I hope that he won’t be there next time.
Knowledgable doctor with compassion
I had an appointment this morning to get my 2021 Highlander oil change and tires rotated. I want to especially note my service writer Scott Hollowell. Scott does an excellent job. He’s very professional and he kept me informed and updated on my car as it was being worked on. Scott is a very good representative for your dealership. 🙂
RNP Danielle followed up with me concerning a procedure I had with Dr. Hutchinson. The appointment went well and she was very thorough and answered all of my questions and informed me of other things in which I had questions or I am quite pleased to be working with this office.
Dr. Singh was very kind and helpful, to recommend, my needs, and procedure to do.
Also front desk lady was very helpful to filled my info. in the computer. Overall whole teams were nice.

Dr Chokshi seemed very thorough. He reviewed the results of my colonoscopy and my history of UC. He explained that I was on the best treatment for my situation and why. Even though I wanted to do something else, he convinced me to stay the course. He verbally recorded his notes while in the room with me so I could hear his notes, which I appreciated. Everyone was very nice and I didn't have to wait long, which I also appreciated.
