So for my visit with Dr. ATIA it went well. I as treated with respect with her medical assistant and herself she answered my questions and gave me feedback that I needed, so overall I’m happy to be her patient and she comes closer to my home so that a plus also!
I had my first appointment with Dr. Atia. June 14th. It was a very informative and productive appointment. She asked probing questions, ordered relevant tests and quickly addressed by problems. The front staff and medical assistant were all very friendly and efficient.
I’ve brought my wife here for immediate onset abnormal pain and she has been in great hands. Dr. Atia listens, explains thoroughly, validates the pain experienced, and is continuing to provide long term care. She also networks with other specialized doctors in her field for further referrals and consults.
Dr Atia was a huge help in navigating me through thr process of understanding and solving the intense stomach pain I had endured for years. She is very personable, thorough and not adverse to alternative solutions to medications.
Arizona Digestive Health is great for your health care. Dr Atia is very helpful to your concerns and she lets you participate in solving the problems that arise. Her MA Madelin is also friendly and professional while assisting you with your surgeries and follow up appointments.

When Dr. Atia introduced herself to me it was so warm and caring. It put me right at ease.
I’m a 63 year old male who had a horrible experience with my first colonoscopy at age 50 . I basically had a vasal vagal reaction and my heart rate dropped to 33 beats per minute during the procedure. They gave me something that woke me up out of unconsciousness with the scope still in place . I remember screaming “ it hurts , it hurts !!” . I think this happened because the doctor was too rough. However, I had a completely different experience with Dr Atia . She explained why she thought this happened and what her and her team were going to do to prevent it from happening again. I remember waking up after the procedure and I didn’t realize they had even started. Everything went flawlessly. I will never have another colonoscopy without Dr Atia at the helm . She was amazing!!
