Dr.Grade seemed more sympathetic to my IBSD situation than in the past. He looked for names of other medications that may help with my IBSD and may not be as expensive as what i had been taking. Medicare changed my main medication from a 2 to a tier 3 which increased my cost ten-fold.

Friendly, listened, very professional
The check in process was easy. Wait time was quite long. Dr Grade and his staff were all very nice and friendly. I was impressed with Dr Grade. He answered my questions well. After being so sick for 3 weeks he prescribed a med that had me feeling better in 1 day, and almost back to normal in 5 days!
Just switched insurance and can now return to Dr Grade's office. Thier staff is friendly and Dr Grade is very thorough! Happy to be back under his care.

Dr. Grade is terrific, but hard to get into like most GI doctors. He is through and takes the time to listen to your issues and orders the proper diagnostic tests as well. I have been a patient of Dr. Grade for several years, but it had been about 6 years since I saw him last and he is still providing the best patient care.
