"I first went to Dr Wiggenhorn in 2014 for a sleep study to diagnose sleep apnea. Years later I had severe infections in both ears and didn’t remember I had seen him. So I went to another ENT office closer to where I live. They fixed me up and I eventually had a septoplasty done there. Unfortunately, after that things went south when I talked to them about ordering C-Pap supplies and getting a new machine to replace my 10+ year old unit. They had supposedly submitted the paperwork, but never did. After several attempts to contact them, I found they had closed the local office. Rather than waste my time going to their other office, I found the documentation for the first visit with Dr Wiggenhorn. I made the appointment with him and to make a long story shorter, my new machine and supplies are on order with absolutely no hassles. Dr Wiggenhorn is now my go-to doctor for all things ENT and I won’t forget him again. I don’t know how I forgot I saw him because he is very personable, friendly and took care of my needs without any hassle whatsoever. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was seen on time even though the waiting room was pretty full."

"While Dr. Kothur is very caring I wax given the wrong prescription. I then received a call stating they would fax in a correct prescription to Walgreens I then wax advised they couldn’t do that with this type prescription I had to pick up the correct prescription at the Surprise office They had to find and reprint it I received a 1 month prescription and will have to go back to this office every month to get a new script"
"I put 5 stars as I noticed that there website only imports 4 and 5 star reviews. That's convenient. My true rating is no stars for the following interactions with them. It is a true bummer that when you are being an honest person you end up getting treated worse than someone who could have lied to get out of paying a $50 cancelled/missed appointment fee. This office must be desperate for money if they will not consider waving a $50 fee for an honest mistake that could have been on their side and/or my side. I called and was honest on the day of my appointment and said I had the appointment on my calendar for the next week and the note in my planner said it was that day which coincided with a cardiologist appointment. I said I needed to go to the cardiologist for my results and would need to reschedule for even later that day to which they said we will have to charge you. I said that's unfortunate because if I would have called and said I was sick with a fever or even COVID there would be no problem rescheduling right?? Ummm yeah I guess...so an honest person admitting it may be on my side or her teams side talks to an office manager who doesn't understand humanity and that sometimes stuff happens in life. She was rude, unconcerned, had no empathy and was so transactional and did not want to hear that it could have been a mistake on her teams end as well. She interrupted me repeatedly and did not care - she wanted that $50. I would not recommend this organization if you are looking for kind and compassionate care, they don't get it. AND if $50 is going to break them...that is of more concern. Stay away and read ALL the reviews on Google, not on their website which are the ones they want you to see. It is eye opening and had I read them first I would not have chosen to go here."

"This ultra modern facility helps to streamline all phases of any digestive procedure. Parking is great with plenty of spaces, handicap parking as well as a designated patient pick up area. The staffs professionalism and skills are second to none. From admitting to discharge you are treated with great care. Drinking the prep is by far the worse part of the experience but tolerable. Colonoscopy procedures save countless lives. Don't hesitate to schedule one at this facility you will be well taken care of and have peace of mind."

"Dr. Panossian is a fantastic Doctor. He has all the qualities you would expect from a doctor. Upon arrival, I had to have my blood pressure taken. Tanya did that for me, but she managed to cut my circulation off completely on my left arm by making it so tight both times to the point that the machine failed in being able to read my blood pressure. I still can not lift my arm. It feels heavy, it's in pain, and it is purple. I am very concerned. So if you ever come to Dr. Abraham Panossian's office, Make sure to avoid Tanya."

To my relief, the staff was very comforting and respectful to me as I made my way into the patient room, and I was able to make my visit without any discomfort whatsoever! The esteemed Dr. Kaitlin assisted me and succeeded in finding a diagnosis for my ailment, which she did with upmost professionalism and accommodation. A tip for anyone seeking an appointment here as well is to tell a little anecdote during examination; I talked about how I came to make a pen-pal in my last neighborhood and the visit went by in minutes! First thing I was offered was a warm blanket with a smile. The nurses were so friendly, caring and genuinely caring. Both anesthesiologist checked in and thoroughly explained their part in procedure, followed by the physicians. Recovery was quick and I was sent home. Quick, easy, no pain……. If you actually speak to Joanna, it feels like you won the lottery because you finally got through. You get the sense that the center is overburdened with “tiresome” questions and phone calls - but have they considered how this feels to a patient? Isn’t there a better way to handle this? I had questions about my prep that I wanted to ask but couldn’t."
