"Dr. Saperstein was amazing! He was upset when he first came in because I had a GI work up with a GI surgeon who didn’t explain my results to me because I started crying. After I explained all of my issues and he asked me lots of questions he was really compassionate. He understood my issues. He gave me a couple of different samples of medications to try and told me to call back in two weeks after I tried each and let him know how they worked. I felt like he really listened and his bedside manner was great! I would recommend him to my family and friends! I want to say thank you to the doctor and the amazing staff! "I have had two experiences with Dr Saperstein's office. The first experience was excellent. Recently (June 2022), I had a serious issue come up. The office was able to get me in within a day; however, once I was at the office, I felt like Dr. Saperstein either didn't believe me with the problems I was having, and just wanted to "go through the motions" to get me out of the office. So my first experience would have been 5-stars, but my second experience would have been about 2-1/2 stars.
