"Top notch GI doc! He’s an expert at what he does and answers questions thoroughly. He really cares about the needs of his ptnts. Many of the local docs choose him and those are the types of specialists that you want to seek care from. The staff is very strict about rescheduling 48hrs in advance. They will charge you $50 for rescheduling follow up 24hr in advance like I did after waiting 20min on the phone twice and unable to reach anyone. Great doc but the staff can be tough to work with."
"Dr. Adam Randolph is the best Gastrointestinal doctor. He provides great medical care base on your needs because he listens to your complaints and works on oroviding the best possible solutions. Great bedside manner, very polite and courteous. All the office personnel is the same. Great atmosphere in the office and the Endoscopic center. "Dr. Stein suggested a CT scan due to my abdominal pain. He called me at 7:19am and advised me I needed to see a urologist ASAP due to a kidney stone blocking my ureter. Rose, the office scheduler, called my urologist, performed a major miracle of getting me in that afternoon and sent the CT info, my insurance info and all the details to Dr. borhan’s office. I was scheduled for surgery 2 days later. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Stein for listening to me, suggesting the CT scan and calling me personally with the results. "Had a wonderful experience with the Dr and Staff. I must admit during my first visit/consult I had to wait quite a bit after my appointment time . I was angry until Dr Nguyenduc came in the room. This quickly vanished when he sat down and took his time explaining my medication (that he didn't even prescribe) and the proper way to take it. He took his time explaining the GI system and changes in the frequency of testing that is recommended for people of my ethnicity. He wasn't busy typing or looking at his phone, he was sitting there talking to me like he really cared that I understood what he was explaining. I felt bad that I got angry at waiting so long, when I realized that if he takes his time with everyone like he did for me, of course he might get behind. I was thankful I wasn't rushed when it was my turn. My procedure day went smoothly and I have nothing bad to say. All were very nice and professional. I did note that the day after my consult I tried to reach the office assistant to ask a question and she never answered her phone or returned my calls. I guess no place is perfect."

"I have known Dr. Saperstein for many years and he is hands down the best doctor I have ever known. He approaches patient care with exactly that, "care". He will truly listen to what you have to say and not assume something without getting all the information; whether that's tests, family history, or whatever other info that's relevant. He won't make a speedy prognosis just to get to the next patient. You never feel rushed, and any diagnosis he makes will be based on real targeted test results, his extensive experience, and fully listening to your side and symptoms. I highly recommend Dr. Saperstein and all his staff."
